Set your goals, share your wins and set yourself up for success!

What you will need:

A pen and paper (worksheet will also be provided)
Your undivided attention for 45 mins
An open mind

Lara will take you through her tried and tested goal planning strategy session and facilitate a 45 min brainstorming session where you will have the opportunity to work on your long and short terms goals, reflect on the wins as well as the things you can improve on before finally setting SMART goals broken down into actionable and achievable steps.

Lara is a speaker, mentor and the founder of Found & Flourish, an online membership, media and events platform for women in business. She is on a mission to make business accessible and less lonely for entrepreneurial women. After having her son and struggling with feelings of isolation she decided to create the safe and nurturing space she craved when she was embarking on this new journey of motherhood and entrepreneurship.
